Job Description

Area Vice Presidents (AVP) serve as "franchisees" within the Acorn system. This position is earned by developing a sales team and producing a set volume of business. AVPs maintain an office, serve as compliance officer for their sales team, manage and train new Advocates. AVPs are also expected to lead by example by teaching classes, preparing plans, marketing products while running their own business. An AVP who personally completes business with 10 families a month and leads a team that completes business with 30 families a month could expect to earn between $10,000 and $20,000 per month.
