Job Description

Full time Division Manager compensation comprises a blend of their efforts and the overall performance of their business unit. Responsibilities include promoting CAFE programs to churches, businesses and schools. Division managers also Serve as lead instructors for classes and supervise, train, and coach between two to four Financial Advocates. They develop the local market, counsel families, prepare plans and market mortgages, insurance products and investments. Division Managers completing business with 10 families a month could expect to earn between $7000 and $10,000 per month.
